Organic Mechanic was founded by a group of school friends, skaters and surfers - whom lived and worked together for years navigating the realms of entrepreneurship, before splitting off to have families, travel overseas, and move to live on the land.

    The creative force behind the OM brand, Graedon is an artist & designer based in Pōneke Wellington at Mangaroa Farms, a regenerative food hub & resiliency project. Passionate about men's wellbeing, he contributes as a pillar of the BROS movement.

    Nicky "Avos" our Sales Master is currently based in Barcelona, Spain - hosting regular Wim Hoff Ice Bath workshops on the beach, and holds a deep passion for guiding people through anxiety & depression. Fav song to sing: "I'm Talking about a Revolution" by Tracey Chapman.

    Our Brew Master and Chai Wallah Raji is also our lead lyrical poet, with a Snoop Dogg meets Brazillian Jiu Jitzu style. Currently spending his time building a tiny house with partner Lucy & being a father to Ro, Raj serves people towards transitioning to renewable energy & vehicle systems.

    Our head of efficiency and operations, it is said that Alex once clocked google spreadsheets while drinking ginger tea. Often found shredding up the slopes of Mt Ruapehu or mountain biking with his 3 sons, Alex is an enabler of renewable energy and electrical methods of transport.
